Responsibilities
Achieve assigned annual sales revenue and gross margin targets.
Identify, qualify and develop new business opportunities in targeted verticals.
Manage and grow relationships with consultants, system integrators, contractors, developers and end users.
Prepare technical proposals, system designs, tenders and quotations.
Conduct product presentations and solution demonstrations to customers.
Ensure proposed solutions comply with tender specifications and technical requirements.
Negotiate commercial terms and secure contracts in line with company policies.
Maintain strong pipeline management and provide accurate sales forecasting.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities and pricing strategies.
Support project execution teams during handover and participate in key client meetings when required.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics or equivalent).
Minimum 2–5 years of sales experience in electronic security systems (CCTV, Access Control, Intrusion, Integrated Security Solutions)
Proven track record in project sales and achieving sales targets.
Strong understanding of tender processes and project-based selling.
Good technical knowledge of security system design.
Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
