About the role

  • Responding to all HR Services requests, prioritising requests accordingly and escalating more complex queries appropriately within the department
  • Monitoring and recording employee data and information within the HR Information System (HRIS) and Facebook, including new hire entries, leaves of absences, transfers, secondments, and terminations
  • Preparing standard contracts of employment and HR standardized documentation, such as employment verification letters, transfer letters, title change memos, etc.
  • Cross-referencing and recording data from the firm’s Applicant Tracking System and the onboarding system to the HRIS in a timely manner

Requirements

  • Possess comprehensive knowledge of HR functions
  • Display well-developed and professional interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with people at all organisational levels of the firm
  • Demonstrate the ability to work in a team environment with a customer-service focus
  • A bachelor’s degree or equivalent, with a focus in a Human Resources related field, preferably; experience may be considered in lieu of a degree
  • Relevant experience, preferably
