Human Resources Services Specialist in a global law firm supporting HR transactions and services. Collaborating with teams to ensure timely and accurate HR service delivery.
Responsibilities
Responding to all HR Services requests, prioritising requests accordingly and escalating more complex queries appropriately within the department
Monitoring and recording employee data and information within the HR Information System (HRIS) and Facebook, including new hire entries, leaves of absences, transfers, secondments, and terminations
Preparing standard contracts of employment and HR standardized documentation, such as employment verification letters, transfer letters, title change memos, etc.
Cross-referencing and recording data from the firm’s Applicant Tracking System and the onboarding system to the HRIS in a timely manner
Requirements
Possess comprehensive knowledge of HR functions
Display well-developed and professional interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with people at all organisational levels of the firm
Demonstrate the ability to work in a team environment with a customer-service focus
A bachelor’s degree or equivalent, with a focus in a Human Resources related field, preferably; experience may be considered in lieu of a degree
