About the role
- Human Resources Services Specialist in a global law firm supporting HR transactions and services. Collaborating with teams to ensure timely and accurate HR service delivery.
Responsibilities
- Responding to all HR Services requests, prioritising requests accordingly and escalating more complex queries appropriately within the department
- Monitoring and recording employee data and information within the HR Information System (HRIS) and Facebook, including new hire entries, leaves of absences, transfers, secondments, and terminations
- Preparing standard contracts of employment and HR standardized documentation, such as employment verification letters, transfer letters, title change memos, etc.
- Cross-referencing and recording data from the firm’s Applicant Tracking System and the onboarding system to the HRIS in a timely manner
Requirements
- Possess comprehensive knowledge of HR functions
- Display well-developed and professional interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with people at all organisational levels of the firm
- Demonstrate the ability to work in a team environment with a customer-service focus
- A bachelor’s degree or equivalent, with a focus in a Human Resources related field, preferably; experience may be considered in lieu of a degree
