Support and execute HR projects in close partnership with HR professionals and the departments supported
Lead and support HR projects such as data analytics, reporting, job profile updates, talent reviews, diversity, leadership, engagement, and organizational culture
Implement and realise projects ensuring execution according to plan, meeting specifications, quality standards, timelines, and communication requirements
Plan, manage and track small (sub)projects primarily focused on HR
Deliver people excellence by achieving KPI metrics and monitoring headcount against targets
Work as part of a team of senior HR business partners and other interns, collaborating across functions
Requirements
Currently pursuing a Bachelor or Master in Sciences degree at a University in Human Resources, Work and Organizational Psychology, Psychology, or any other People/Business related field
Fluent in oral and written English
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Effective stakeholder management and communication skills
Experience with Excel and data analytics
This role is not suitable for thesis
Benefits
Monthly full-time allowance between €500 - €700 gross, depending on educational level and relocation
Part-time internship allowance pro-rata
Housing compensation: €300,- net if relocating to the vicinity of Amsterdam, €255,- net for other Philips locations (requires rental contract and >50 km or >1.5 hours one-way travel)
Travel compensation, if you are not eligible for a free public transport card; you will receive max. €192,- net
