Support and supervision of our junior staff (interns, apprentices, dual-study students and working students) at the Eisenach, Weida and Hilmersdorf (Erzg.) locations, based at the Weida site
Conduct regular development discussions with junior staff and act as a permanent point of contact at the locations
Support the recruitment process — from marketing activities to hiring — in coordination with the Head of Talent Acquisition and management
Assist department managers with employment contract correspondence
Organize and carry out school visits, career fairs and information events
Communicate and collaborate with external organizations such as the Chamber of Industry and Commerce (IHK), the Chamber of Crafts (HWK), inter-company training centers, vocational schools and universities
Further develop trainee and junior-staff programs together with the Head of Training
Provide organizational and administrative support to the Head of Talent Acquisition
Requirements
Successfully completed commercial vocational training or equivalent qualification
Further training as a Personnel Specialist (Personalfachkaufmann) or comparable HR qualification desirable
Trainer/instructor aptitude (Ausbildereignungsprüfung / AdA certificate)
Professional experience as an HR specialist with a focus on training/young talent or in a comparable position desirable
Basic knowledge of labor/employment law
Confident, friendly and open demeanour
Strong interest in (young) people and their professional development
Excellent communication skills
Independent and goal-oriented working style
Flexible working hours (including occasional weekend attendance at trade fairs)
Very good MS Office skills
