About the role

  • Provide general administrative and operational support to the HR team.
  • Manage the flow of HR documents (printing, scanning, mailing, archiving).
  • Assist in preparing and monitoring medical check-up referrals in coordination with the HR team.
  • Support the onboarding process for new employees, including: Communicating with new hires, Sending onboarding correspondence, Checking and collecting required documents, Coordinating with managers and the IT department.
  • Follow up with managers on pending vacation approvals and other HR-related actions.
  • Coordinate with external partners on employee immigration and relocation matters.
  • Support HR processes for employees returning from long absences (emails, scheduling onboarding sessions, coordinating communication).
  • Contribute to improving administrative efficiency by identifying and organizing unassigned tasks.

Requirements

  • Confident English and Polish skills – you’ll collaborate daily with colleagues from many different countries.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office tools.
  • Interest in HR processes and employee experience.
