About the role

  • Develop and maintain strategic relationships with business leaders, understanding their needs and objectives to effectively align initiatives.
  • Ensure the implementation and adherence to policies and procedures in alignment with the VP of People, ensuring they comply with current legislation and market best practices.
  • Support the identification, development and retention of talent within business units, including recruitment, selection, training and career development processes.
  • Lead organizational development initiatives, including leadership programs, succession planning and change management.
  • Conduct data analyses, providing insights and reports that support the strategic decision-making of business areas.
  • Coordinate performance evaluation, feedback and goal management processes, promoting a high-performance culture.
  • Develop and implement strategies that promote employee engagement and strengthen organizational culture.
  • Act in mediation and conflict resolution, providing support and guidance to leaders and employees.
  • Support the development and control of the area’s budget and structure, ensuring compliance with company guidelines and identifying opportunities for adjustment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Human Resources or related fields. Postgraduate degree or MBA is a plus.
  • Experience in Human Resources, preferably in Business Partner roles or similar internal consulting functions.
  • Knowledge of HR practices and legislation, organizational development, performance management and training and development programs.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and influencing skills. Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Comfortable working with people data (people analytics) to generate insights and prepare executive materials.
  • Proactivity, strategic vision, analytical thinking and problem-solving ability. Results-oriented with an internal-customer focus.
  • Preferred: Experience in consulting, project management, and working on People, Culture and Change Management projects.
