Responsibilities
Partner with managers across assigned departments to support onboarding, performance management, development, talent reviews and career development, engagement, recognition, and retention.
Provide coaching, navigate and resolve employee relations issues and create solutions to support the business and employee experience.
Maintain all employee and applicant documentation, as well as, the employee personnel files.
Monitors employee eligibility for benefits plans and reviews benefits with the employees and processes enrollment, cancellation, or changes.
Identifies and processes FMLA and any employee status changes
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in related field, Master’s degree in Human Resources Management preferred
Minimum of 5 years of Human Resources experience
Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Generalist
Extensive knowledge of employee and labor laws and policies
Professional in Human Resources (PHR), SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM -CP), or SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) preferred
