About the role

  • Partner with managers across assigned departments to support onboarding, performance management, development, talent reviews and career development, engagement, recognition, and retention.
  • Provide coaching, navigate and resolve employee relations issues and create solutions to support the business and employee experience.
  • Maintain all employee and applicant documentation, as well as, the employee personnel files.
  • Monitors employee eligibility for benefits plans and reviews benefits with the employees and processes enrollment, cancellation, or changes.
  • Identifies and processes FMLA and any employee status changes

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field, Master’s degree in Human Resources Management preferred
  • Minimum of 5 years of Human Resources experience
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Generalist
  • Extensive knowledge of employee and labor laws and policies
  • Professional in Human Resources (PHR), SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM -CP), or SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) preferred
