About the role

  • HR Administrator responsible for personnel data management and support on various HR projects in a hybrid role at a debt collection service in Hamburg.

Responsibilities

  • Management and maintenance of master personnel data in our internal systems (including HRM and time-tracking systems), including onboarding and offboarding
  • Regular preparation and updating of analyses, reports and overviews
  • Document creation from templates (e.g., form letters, certificates, or references) as well as general correspondence
  • Preparation of the monthly payroll
  • Support for HR projects, especially digitalization
  • Trustful collaboration with the works council

Requirements

  • You have successfully completed vocational training or hold a comparable qualification
  • You already have solid experience in the tasks mentioned above
  • You are proficient in MS Office (especially Excel); ideally, you have experience with Personio
  • You possess good legal knowledge (income tax, social security, and labor law)
  • You work independently, systematically, and solution-oriented
  • A positive mindset combined with a hands-on mentality completes your profile
  • You have excellent German and good English skills.
