HR Administrator responsible for personnel data management and support on various HR projects in a hybrid role at a debt collection service in Hamburg.
Responsibilities
Management and maintenance of master personnel data in our internal systems (including HRM and time-tracking systems), including onboarding and offboarding
Regular preparation and updating of analyses, reports and overviews
Document creation from templates (e.g., form letters, certificates, or references) as well as general correspondence
Preparation of the monthly payroll
Support for HR projects, especially digitalization
Trustful collaboration with the works council
Requirements
You have successfully completed vocational training or hold a comparable qualification
You already have solid experience in the tasks mentioned above
You are proficient in MS Office (especially Excel); ideally, you have experience with Personio
You possess good legal knowledge (income tax, social security, and labor law)
You work independently, systematically, and solution-oriented
A positive mindset combined with a hands-on mentality completes your profile
You have excellent German and good English skills.
