About the role

  • Manage end-to-end onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements while delivering a smooth and professional experience for employees transitioning in and out of the organization.
  • Process employee changes and maintain accurate and up-to-date information in the HRIS system and HR personal files.
  • Process all changes in accordance with internal policies, compliance, and India laws.
  • Assist with audits of HR documentation to ensure compliance and data integrity.
  • Review and update Job Descriptions according to HITRUST and internal guidelines.
  • Manage the monthly Exclusion Check process ensuring a 100% completion rate.
  • Monitor and respond to HR-related mail and email correspondence in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide high-quality administrative support to the HR team and business unit leaders, contributing to effective operations and team success.
  • Support the planning and execution of employee engagement programs, training sessions, and HR-led events.
  • Assist with maintaining, enforcing, and recommending improvements for company policies, procedures, and processes.
  • Assist with HR projects and perform other duties as assigned.
  • Partner with hiring managers across teams to understand hiring needs and role requirements.
  • Assist with various recruitment activities, including but not limited to scheduling interviews, coordinating candidate communications, all while ensuring a positive and professional candidate experience.
  • Maintain and update applicant tracking system (ATS) records and recruitment tracking sheets, ensuring data consistency.

Requirements

  • 2 to 4 years of experience in HR support, recruitment coordination, or onboarding, preferably in a multinational or technology-driven environment.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across global teams.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS/ATS systems; familiarity with Indian labor laws and global hiring practices is a plus (Familiarity with ADP and GreytHR would be a strong plus)
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
