About the role

  • Intern in HR Learning Center at dsm-firmenich supporting training and administrative tasks for 12 months. Engaging in local HR initiatives and conducting improvement projects at the Sisseln location.

Responsibilities

  • Support the Learning Center in all administrative matters
  • Support the local HR Business Partners
  • Coordinate and manage various activities related to recruitment and the administrative management of apprenticeships
  • Plan and prepare company events and training sessions; carry out pre- and post-processing of training activities
  • Handle telephone inquiries and welcome visitors
  • Implement improvement projects (simplify administrative workflows, digitize processes)
  • Participate in and contribute to local HR initiatives and projects

Requirements

  • Student or recent graduate in Human Resources or Business Administration
  • Good knowledge of MS Office and an affinity for digital tools
  • Organized, structured and able to work independently
  • Solution-oriented, resilient under pressure and able to set priorities
  • Excellent written and spoken German; English skills are an advantage
  • Proactive attitude with a "can-do" mentality
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a customer-oriented approach
