About the role

  • HR Generalist supporting HR tasks including onboarding, compliance, and employee development at Rockwell Automation. Facilitating performance management and employee wellness initiatives in Brazil.

Responsibilities

  • Support a variety of Human Resources tasks and programs including onboarding and offboarding of employees.
  • Advise people managers on the execution of performance management, coaching, corrective actions, team buildings, employee development, well-being, HR-focused trainings, and compliance programs.
  • Ensure compliance with local law regulations, providing local support for the managers and employees.
  • Partner with business leaders and provide them support on workforce assessment.
  • Guide/facilitate the performance management cycle.
  • Support behavior/performance improvement plans, and help employees fulfill their potential.
  • Customize team building actions and other people initiatives according to leader's and area's needs.
  • Analyze metrics to identify trends and recommend solutions to improve performance, retention, and employee experience.
  • Provide local support for corporate programs, creating engagement and well-being plans, workshops, change management actions, among others.
  • Design and organize main employee events throughout the year.
  • Work with business managers, HR Centers of Expertise, EHS and Legal areas to address all types of employees situations.
  • Represent HR in internal and external audits.
  • Manage in collaboration with leaders throughout voluntary and involuntary terminations and hiring process.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree required or Technology Degree (associate degree or Brazilian “tecnólogo”) + related experience.
  • Professional proficiency in English for regular conversational interactions.
  • At least 3 years of experience in the HR domain; experience in the HR generalist function is preferred.
  • Good capability in managing dynamic and matrix relations with different levels of the company.
  • Passion for innovative HR solutions and process improvement.
  • Microsoft Office user level.
  • Unwavering commitment to, and the ability to model, the standards of behavior set in our Code of Conduct.
  • Brazilian labor law knowledge preferred.
  • Experience supporting the business on local labor issues and union‑related processes preferred.
  • Workday (ERP HCM) experience preferred.
  • Spanish for conversational interactions preferred.
