Responsibilities

  • Support initiatives across the APAC region
  • Manage engagement activity and employee relations cases
  • Conduct people analytics and reporting
  • Support localised HR initiatives with regional Business Partners
  • Assist in onboarding and training activities

Requirements

  • Some experience in an HR Coordinator or HR Admin role
  • Highlight measurable value added to a process, system or team
  • Technology focus industry is highly regarded
  • Exposure to how APAC teams work
  • Tech savvy, e.g. Sharepoint, Excel for reporting
  • Great communication skills
  • Evidence of a growth mindset
  • Proactive nature looking for improvements and learning
