Responsibilities
Provide HR transaction support for Employee Lifecycle processes (hiring, onboarding, terminations, transfers, compensation & benefits, learning & performance, etc.) via a Ticketing System to resolve requests in a time and quality manner
Create and deliver reports, ensure quality of transactions, actively build and develop the HR knowledge base
Participate in continuous improvement projects to improve employee experience and enhance efficiency
Complete administrative tasks, as well as analyze and solve complex HR transactions in the internal HR systems according to predetermined guidelines and procedures
Create documents that support the regulations of the country-specific legal environment
Requirements
Completed university degree with 1+ year of experience in Human Resources field, preferably in a Shared Services set up
Detailed knowledge of different HR processes and HR Data Management
Ability to complete HR processes and transactions in multiple systems successfully and simultaneously
Passionate attention to detail while maintaining a high level of integrity and confidentially, reacting quickly to problems and issues
Service orientation, change management mind-set
Experience using Microsoft office package, a Human Capital system (SuccessFactors is a plus) and/or a CRM system (Service Now is a plus)
