About the role

  • HR support for recruitment and administrative tasks at ZF in Saarbrücken. Engaging with candidates and supporting various HR projects through summer position.

Responsibilities

  • Handling ongoing HR activities
  • Managing administrative and organizational tasks in day-to-day operations
  • Supporting recruiting (communication with applicants and internal departments)
  • Providing occasional support for various HR special topics/projects (e.g., recruitment of temporary staff)

Requirements

  • Availability for full-time work (37.5 hours per week)
  • Proficient in MS Office applications required
  • Good written and spoken English and German
  • Enjoy working in a team
  • Strong communication skills and an independent working style
