About the role

  • HR Specialist at logistics firm offering consulting and support in personnel and labor law. Engaging in recruitment, collaboration with works councils, and HR process development.

Responsibilities

  • Advising and supporting our managers on all personnel and labor law tasks and issues, e.g., reducing absenteeism
  • Independently selecting appropriate recruiting/advertising channels and advising the site manager on implementing measures to fill staffing needs
  • Target-group-oriented recruiting
  • Supporting and advising on organizational changes and transformation processes
  • Independent and trust-based collaboration with the works council, including drafting works agreements
  • Supporting personnel administration tasks from onboarding to offboarding
  • Developing and implementing HR processes in close cooperation with colleagues at the company headquarters

Requirements

  • Vocational training or degree with a focus on Human Resources and several years of relevant professional experience
  • Very good knowledge of individual and collective labor law
  • Several years of experience working with works council bodies
  • Communicative, motivated and committed personality
  • Independent and structured working style with strong implementation skills
  • Flexibility, resilience and team spirit
