Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 3 years of strategic partnership experience in Human Resources
- Proficiency in data analysis and program evaluation
- Experience working in a hospital or academic medical center is strongly preferred
- PHR/SPHR, or other HR certification a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and HRIS web-based tools such as SAP
