Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
3 years of strategic partnership experience in Human Resources
Proficiency in data analysis and program evaluation
Experience working in a hospital or academic medical center is strongly preferred
PHR/SPHR, or other HR certification a plus
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and HRIS web-based tools such as SAP
