About the role

  • Support data-driven decision making across all HR functions.
  • Build robust data pipelines and integrate diverse APIs (including Large Language Models).
  • Extract critical insights from various data sources and automate data reporting to drive business decisions.
  • Design, develop, and maintain HR dashboards, metrics, and KPI reports.
  • Automate end-to-end data ingestion, processing, and reporting workflows.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or Master’s Degree (preferred) in Human Resources, Management Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field and/or commensurate work experience.
  • Minimum 3 years of work experience with a Master’s degree or 5 years of work experience with a Bachelor’s degree, in HR Technology or a related field.
  • Strong proficiency in Python, including libraries like requests, pandas, numpy, SQLAlchemy, pyodbc, and openpyxl.
  • Demonstrated experience with API integration, authentication, error handling, and data parsing (JSON/XML).
  • Experience interacting with Large Language Models and applying prompt engineering techniques for data tasks.
