Responsibilities
Support data-driven decision making across all HR functions.
Build robust data pipelines and integrate diverse APIs (including Large Language Models).
Extract critical insights from various data sources and automate data reporting to drive business decisions.
Design, develop, and maintain HR dashboards, metrics, and KPI reports.
Automate end-to-end data ingestion, processing, and reporting workflows.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree or Master’s Degree (preferred) in Human Resources, Management Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field and/or commensurate work experience.
Minimum 3 years of work experience with a Master’s degree or 5 years of work experience with a Bachelor’s degree, in HR Technology or a related field.
Strong proficiency in Python, including libraries like requests, pandas, numpy, SQLAlchemy, pyodbc, and openpyxl.
Demonstrated experience with API integration, authentication, error handling, and data parsing (JSON/XML).
Experience interacting with Large Language Models and applying prompt engineering techniques for data tasks.
