About the role

  • HR Transformation Leader managing HR project activities for Epta Group in Finland. Supporting growth and integration of business while ensuring compliance with HR frameworks and legislation.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and execute agreed HR development activities with a structured and efficient approach together with local HR, business and group stakeholders.
  • Track progress, manage timelines, and ensure alignment with strategic objectives as well as compliance with local labor legislation and Group HR frameworks.
  • Support the evolution of talent management, learning & development, and performance management systems.
  • Facilitate change communication and act as a trusted advisor for managers and employees in development-related matters.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in HR Development, HR Business Partnering, or a similar HR role.
  • Proven experience in independently leading HR development and transformation projects.
  • Experience working in matrix organizations and in environments undergoing change. Experience from b2b service business with multiple sites across the country is a big advantage.
  • Fluency in English and Finnish.
