HR Generalist managing the entire Employee Lifecycle from Recruiting to Offboarding at Matera GmbH. Supporting HR processes and being the point of contact for employees and management.
Responsibilities
You will manage the entire employee lifecycle – from recruiting and onboarding to offboarding
You will develop and optimize HR processes and help establish core HR foundations such as onboarding materials and the employee handbook
You will maintain our HRIS (Lucca) and ensure that all employee data is up to date and accurate
You will take responsibility for contract management and prepare payroll documentation
You will be the point of contact for employees and managers and work closely with our Team Lead HR, Cindy, our recruiter Steffen, and our working students in HR.
Requirements
Confident use of HR systems (e.g., Lucca)
Good knowledge of labor law, social insurance, and payroll tax regulations
