About the role

  • HR-Generalist focusing on training and development, supporting apprentices and employee learning in a software company. Developing modern HR processes and enhancing the company culture.

Responsibilities

  • Comprehensive support: You accompany our apprentices/trainees from onboarding through to their final examinations, and you design orientation days, onboarding programs, and development reviews.
  • Coordination & collaboration: In close coordination with vocational schools, the Chamber of Industry and Commerce (IHK), and our departments, you ensure that vocational training and practical work are optimally aligned.
  • Development & learning: You design and implement training and development measures for our employees and junior talent.
  • People processes & tools: You bring fresh ideas to our HR structures and work with tools such as Personio.
  • Communication & employer branding: You support HR marketing and employer branding activities.
  • Administration & organization: Administrative tasks such as scheduling and project coordination are part of your responsibilities.
  • Project work & development: You actively participate in cross-functional HR and organizational projects.

Requirements

  • Completed vocational training or a degree in HR, business, psychology, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of professional experience in apprenticeship/training management, personnel development, and onboarding.
  • Experience collaborating with external education partners and knowledge of the Vocational Training Act (Berufsbildungsgesetz).
  • Basic knowledge of the IT target group or a strong interest in deepening your understanding of the IT and software world.
  • Ideally experience in the IT, consulting, or technology sector, preferably in a mid-sized company.
  • Structured, quality-conscious, and solution-oriented working style.
  • Team-oriented personality who can also work independently and take initiative.
  • Strong communication skills, a confident presence, and excellent German language skills, both written and spoken.
  • Trainer qualification (AEVO) desirable.
