About the role

  • Manage documentation and employment contracts and act as a liaison with Payroll and HRIS for contract data and templates
  • Support payroll preparation
  • Respond to Tier-1 employee inquiries and handle ad‑hoc HR and administrative requests
  • Administer benefits, manage working student hours, and support payroll preparation
  • Support the organization and execution of onboarding processes

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of relevant HR administration/operations experience
  • Additional qualifications or relevant certifications in HR (e.g., HR-Basic, HR-Expertise, labor law, HRIS knowledge)
  • Solid knowledge of employment contracts, onboarding processes, and HR systems
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, ownership mindset, and a structured approach to work
  • Proficient with HR systems (experience with Personio is a plus) and data maintenance
  • Ability to independently resolve more complex employee inquiries
  • Fluent in English; German language skills are a plus
