Responsibilities
Lead, mentor, and develop a team of HR advisors who serve as subject matter experts
Assign cases and projects strategically, monitor performance metrics, and provide regular coaching feedback
Develop and implement consistent approaches to complex employee relations cases
Review complex employee relations cases, providing escalation support for issues involving attendance, conduct, and performance
Establish quality standards for case management and documentation
Ensure advisor guidance complies with labor laws and organizational policies
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
Professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, SPHR) is required
8+ years of progressive HR experience
5+ years experience directly managing a team
Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict resolution skills
Proven ability to lead and develop a team of HR professionals
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in HRIS (Workday preferred) and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
