About the role

  • HR Manager developing and implementing HR strategies at Allegro Group. Provide strategic counsel and lead organizational change initiatives within the company.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implements enterprise-wide HR strategies aligned with long-term business objectives.
  • Provide strategic HR counsel to senior leadership on complex organizational challenges.
  • Lead complex organizational change initiatives and transformations.
  • Develop and implement talent management strategies, including succession planning, leadership development, and executive coaching (cooperation with L&D Partner).
  • Lead HR due diligence for mergers, acquisitions, and restructurings.
  • Oversee compensation and benefits strategies and programs at the enterprise level.
  • Lead large-scale HR projects with significant organizational impact.
  • Contribute to overall business strategy development.
  • Oversee and mentor other HR professionals.
  • Manage and mentor the team of HRBPs.

Requirements

  • At least 7 years of progressive HR experience with at least 3 years in a business partner or strategic HR role, ideally in logistics, supply chain or operations.
  • Strong knowledge of employment law, HR best practices, and compliance requirements.
  • Proven experience in organizational development, change management, and talent management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to influence at all organizational levels.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with experience using HR metrics and data.
  • Demonstrated project management skills with ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
