Responsibilities
Operational Reporting: Creation, updating and quality assurance of regular HR reports and dashboards.
Power BI Dashboards: Maintenance, review and further development of existing KPI dashboards, and support in visualizing new metrics.
Requirements Analysis & Development: Review and optimization of existing reporting processes; identification of improvement opportunities and implementation of your own ideas.
Interface Management: Collaboration with IT for data provisioning and coordination with HR teams and managers on report usage.
Rights and Access Management: Reviewing and managing user permissions.
Communication: Presenting results and actively communicating them to the business units.
Requirements
Completed or ongoing degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics, Psychology (with a focus on HR or Data Analytics) or a comparable field.
Affinity for numbers and a basic understanding of HR processes and KPIs.
Initial experience with reporting tools (ideally Power BI) and willingness to quickly learn new systems.
Analytical mindset, structured working style and enthusiasm for process improvement.
Team-oriented, proactive and solution-focused work approach.
Strong communication skills and the ability to present complex information clearly.
