About the role
- Management intern supporting HR team in luxury hospitality group. Focus on personnel administration across multiple hotels and HR project involvement.
Responsibilities
- Support the HR team in overseeing all hotels of The Living Circle
- End-to-end personnel administration
- Handle onboarding and offboarding processes, including work permit procedures
- Draft employment contracts, contract amendments, terminations, employment references/certificates, agreements, certificates and more
- Maintain and manage employee master data and personnel files
- Manage keys/badges and staff rooms
- Responsible for reporting and coordinating IT access for new hires, internal transfers and departures
- Administrative tasks such as ordering baby gifts and preparing reports
- Serve as a point of contact for employees and external parties by phone and manage the general HR inbox
- Ensure compliance with company policies, labor law and other legal requirements
- Participate in HR projects such as digitization and process optimization
- Attend HR meetings
Requirements
- You are enrolled at a Swiss hospitality management school
- Communicative team player with a strong service orientation
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently
- High level of discretion, reliability and accuracy
- Confident user of MS Office, especially Word and Excel; experience with HR software is an advantage
- Excellent written and spoken German and very good spoken English
