Responsibilities

  • Manage the complete employee life cycle from hiring to exit
  • Responsible for carrying out all HR administrative tasks
  • Act as the point of contact for managers and employees on HR-related matters
  • Optimize processes; prepare and analyze reports and statistics

Requirements

  • Completed commercial vocational training, ideally as a Personnel Clerk (Personalkauffrau/Personalkaufmann)
  • Previous professional experience in HR
  • Experience with SAP HCM
  • Basic knowledge of employment law
  • Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel
  • Service-oriented and able to work independently
