HR Assistant supporting hotels of The Living Circle in Switzerland with personal administration tasks and HR projects. Engaging in hiring, personnel records, and compliance with legal regulations in a hospitality environment.
Responsibilities
You support the HR team in the management of all hotels within The Living Circle, with a focus on personnel administration.
End-to-end personnel administration
Handle onboarding and offboarding processes including permit procedures
Draft employment contracts, contract amendments, terminations, references, agreements, certificates and more
Maintain and manage personnel master data and personnel files
Manage keys/badges and staff accommodation
Responsible for reporting and coordinating IT access for new hires, internal transfers and leavers
Administrative tasks such as ordering birth gifts and preparing reports
Point of contact for employees and external parties by phone and manage the general HR mailbox
Ensure compliance with company policies, employment law and other statutory regulations
Participate in HR projects such as digitalization and process optimization
Practical trainer for apprentices during their HR training
Attend HR meetings
Requirements
At least 2 years of professional experience in a comparable role
Completed commercial apprenticeship or equivalent
Mandatory additional qualification as a HR assistant or HR administrator
Good knowledge of employment law, social insurance and payroll processing
Experience in the hospitality and gastronomy industry and knowledge of the L-GAV is an advantage
Communicative team player with a strong service orientation
Organizational talent with an independent working style
Proactive, hands-on mentality
High level of discretion, reliability and attention to detail
Confident with MS Office, especially Word and Excel, and experience with HR software
Fluent written and spoken German and very good oral English skills
