Responsibilities
First point of contact for HR-related matters.
Support for onboarding and offboarding.
Preparation of employment contracts and management of personnel-related documents.
Support for preliminary payroll processing and administration of benefits.
Close collaboration with Retail, Production and Logistics.
Coordination of temporary/agency staff assignments.
Project work in the area of People & Culture.
Requirements
Degree in Business Administration with a focus on HR, or a commercial qualification with additional HR certification.
2–5 years of experience in HR, ideally in environments such as warehousing, logistics or production.
Strong knowledge of labor/employment law and experience with preliminary payroll processing.
Hands-on experience with Personio, Asana, Shiftbase and common Office applications.
Excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken (C1 level).
Minimum requirement to be on-site three days per week in Berlin-Reinickendorf.
