About the role

  • Managing the full employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding
  • Developing and optimizing existing HR processes in accordance with business needs
  • Conducting regular one-on-one meetings with the team
  • Monitoring team dynamics and implementing initiatives to improve the work environment
  • Collecting and analyzing HR data to make informed decisions
  • Managing the employee database (HRM) and HR reporting
  • Managing the recruitment processes (up to 20% of working time)

Requirements

  • At least 4 years of experience as an HR Manager/HR Generalist in multinational company
  • Ability to develop, implement and support key HR processes: onboarding, probation period review, one-on-one meetings, performance and salary review, retention, offboarding, etc
  • Proven experience handling HR documentation, employee relations, and policy design
  • Experience working with HRM systems and automated HR processes
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Analytical thinking and business-oriented mindset
  • Upper-intermediate level of English
