Managing the full employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding
Developing and optimizing existing HR processes in accordance with business needs
Conducting regular one-on-one meetings with the team
Monitoring team dynamics and implementing initiatives to improve the work environment
Collecting and analyzing HR data to make informed decisions
Managing the employee database (HRM) and HR reporting
Managing the recruitment processes (up to 20% of working time)
Requirements
At least 4 years of experience as an HR Manager/HR Generalist in multinational company
Ability to develop, implement and support key HR processes: onboarding, probation period review, one-on-one meetings, performance and salary review, retention, offboarding, etc
Proven experience handling HR documentation, employee relations, and policy design
Experience working with HRM systems and automated HR processes
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Analytical thinking and business-oriented mindset
Upper-intermediate level of English
