Responsibilities
Act as the first point of contact for HR-related queries via email, phone, and HR systems.
Provide timely, accurate, and customer-focused responses to employees and managers.

Responsible for administration, data entry and document fulfilment for onboarding and offboarding processes.
Process personal data changes, job changes, secondments, and probation confirmations.
Maintain and update accurate employee records in HR systems.
Ensure documentation and records are maintained in line with compliance requirements.
Collate and verify data changes for payroll processing before submission to Payroll.
Requirements
Previous HR administration experience preferred, ideally in a multinational environment.
Strong customer service orientation, with professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality.
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
High attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational ability.
Strong time management skills with ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Team player with strong collaboration skills and willingness to support colleagues.
