About the role

  • Act as the first point of contact for HR-related queries via email, phone, and HR systems.
  • Provide timely, accurate, and customer-focused responses to employees and managers.
  • Escalate complex queries to the HR Operations Specialist or HR Operations Manager as appropriate.
  • Responsible for administration, data entry and document fulfilment for onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Process personal data changes, job changes, secondments, and probation confirmations.
  • Maintain and update accurate employee records in HR systems.
  • Ensure documentation and records are maintained in line with compliance requirements.
  • Collate and verify data changes for payroll processing before submission to Payroll.

Requirements

  • Previous HR administration experience preferred, ideally in a multinational environment.
  • Strong customer service orientation, with professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • High attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational ability.
  • Strong time management skills with ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Team player with strong collaboration skills and willingness to support colleagues.
  • Ability to adapt in a fast-paced and changing environment.
