About the role

  • Support teams across the Americas region (US, Canada, and LATAM) and manage operations at New York and Austin sites
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for office operations and facilities at the Austin/New York offices
  • Support planning and coordination of on-site events, team gatherings, and employee engagement activities
  • Work closely with the global HR team to align on company-wide people and talent initiatives
  • Manage payroll in partnership with provider (Vensure)
  • Oversee the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, and ensuring a positive employee experience
  • Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders, providing guidance and coaching to managers and employees on all HR matters
  • Translate business priorities into HR initiatives, proactively identifying people issues and implementing effective solutions
  • Resolve complex employee relations matters and provide HR policy guidance
  • Lead global HR initiatives in the region, such as performance management, engagement, and other strategic programs

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience as an HR Manager or HRBP in a global tech company
  • Previous payroll management experience
  • Experience in hyper-growth environments with ability to adapt to change
  • Hands-on approach with strong focus on employee engagement
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders
  • Proactive, data-driven, and a true team player
  • Experience working with Sales & Customer Success organizations
  • Familiarity with local labor laws and regulations
  • Hybrid role – 3 days per week in our NY office
