About the role

  • Deliver HR onboarding for Store Partners
  • Provide training and guidance on HR-related topics
  • Support Partners and RRMs in performance management
  • Drive engagement initiatives
  • Champion Specsavers’ values and culture
  • Provide tools for health & safety compliance
  • Handle union negotiations
  • Partner with managers in the Support Office
  • Ensure best practice in HR processes across the employee life cycle
  • Support workforce planning, talent development, and retention initiatives
  • Drive training programs and development activities
  • Manage company car leasing agreements

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR or similar
  • At least 3 years of experience in an HR Business Partner role or equivalent experience as a manager in the retail industry
  • Good expertise in labour law
  • Negotiation experience
  • Broad experience of manager support and employee matters
  • Fluency in both Swedish and English
  • Preferably experience from retail
