About the role
- Deliver HR onboarding for Store Partners
- Provide training and guidance on HR-related topics
- Support Partners and RRMs in performance management

- Partner with managers in the Support Office

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or similar
- At least 3 years of experience in an HR Business Partner role or equivalent experience as a manager in the retail industry
- Good expertise in labour law
- Negotiation experience
- Broad experience of manager support and employee matters
- Fluency in both Swedish and English
- Preferably experience from retail
