Requirements

  • General min requirements (Bachelor/ Master or other qualification)
  • Local/ legal min requirements/ certification
  • Min 3-5 years of experience in leading an HR function within a plant environment.
  • Operations/ manufacturing know how - business acumen
  • Strategic vision and communication skills
  • Proven experience pursuing operational excellence within the HR- manufacturing environment
