Responsibilities
Maintain and continuously improve HR processes (onboarding, adaptation, performance reviews, development, transfers, and offboarding)
Support and advise project managers and team leads on people-related matters
Coordinate internal educational and development programs
Develop and update HR policies, documentation, and internal communication
Contribute to employee engagement initiatives, internal events, and feedback collection
Monitor job satisfaction (one-on-one meetings) and proactively suggest improvements
Participate in HR projects related to culture development and process optimization
Requirements
2+ years of experience in HR (HR Generalist, People Partner, or similar role)
Understanding of HR processes and best practices in IT or service companies
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with genuine care for people and business outcomes
Proactive approach and ability to implement improvement ideas
Responsible and organized, with strong attention to detail
Team player with a positive, solutions-oriented mindset
Upper-Intermediate English (nice to have)
