Responsibilities
Ensure accurate and compliant payroll administration and benefits processes.

Coach managers to handle employee relations matters with consistent, fair, and pragmatic approaches.
Champion a positive, inclusive workplace culture aligned with company values.
Influence business decisions through HR insights, data, and recommendations.
Lead HR projects and initiatives independently, demonstrating ownership and accountability.
Requirements
Minimum 5 years of experience in HR, with a mix of operational HR and exposure to business partnering.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (HRM qualification preferred).
Strong knowledge of Indian labour laws and HR compliance.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and influencing skills.
Ability to operate independently, take initiative, and challenge established practices constructively.
Proficiency with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office suite.
Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
