About the role

  • HR Consultant supporting entrepreneur Generalagenten in their HR topics at Zurich. Responsibilities include recruitment, talent management, and HR project improvements.

Responsibilities

  • You advise and support the entrepreneurial general agents and their leaders on both operational and strategic HR matters.
  • You conduct recruitment interviews for field/sales positions, such as sales managers, principal agents, specialist roles and insurance advisors.
  • As part of Talent Management, you are responsible for in-house development assessments for our succession talents.
  • You handle administrative tasks from onboarding to offboarding.
  • You take on HR projects within the agency distribution to continuously improve HR processes and HR services.

Requirements

  • Commercial apprenticeship with a qualification as an HR specialist with a Swiss Federal Diploma (eidg. FA) or a completed degree in Human Resources / People Management
  • Several years of experience in operational HR and recruitment
  • Strong conceptual skills
  • Charismatic, service-oriented and responsible personality combined with a structured and independent working style
  • Excellent communication skills in French and German; Italian is an advantage
