Responsibilities
Independent responsibility for supporting our business units in IT services
Conduct recruiting interviews and lead HR initiatives to promote employee retention and development
Advise and support employees and managers on HR-related matters
Support organizational development processes
Participate in exciting HR projects (e.g., corporate benefits, implementation of HR tools)
Work closely with the HR team and payroll to ensure a consistent and effective HR strategy
Requirements
Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a comparable qualification
Professional experience as an HR Business Partner or HR Generalist
Solid knowledge of labor/employment law and HR processes
Strong communication and advisory skills
High level of initiative and ability to work in a dynamic environment
Fluent German and good command of English
