About the role

  • Provide comprehensive HR support to a range of commercial departments in the UK, with some reach into Hong Kong and UAE
  • Build strong relationships with senior leaders and managers and act as trusted advisor
  • Provide high-quality, business-focused coaching and advice across all areas of HR
  • Keep company policies up-to-date and ensure compliance with legal requirements and Company policies
  • Recommend new policies, approaches and procedures as required and coach managers on them
  • Support managers in performance review processes and prepare contracts, documents and letters
  • Present weekly induction sessions for new employees
  • Provide advice and guidance on individual employee relations cases, ensuring fair handling
  • Advise and oversee UK immigration processes ensuring compliance
  • Collaborate with Finance on payroll and employee benefits administration and review offerings
  • Work with Talent Acquisition on recruitment and selection and oversee exit interviews
  • Facilitate change management activities and undertake HR projects as required
  • Office Management of the Farnborough office

Requirements

  • Educated to degree level and with a full CIPD qualification
  • At least 5 years’ experience in a generalist role
  • A proven ability to collaborate and build relationships with senior leaders, managers, and employees alike
  • A strong working knowledge of UK Employment Legislation
  • Having worked previously in aviation or manufacturing
  • Based in Farnborough (Work Base Hybrid)
