Senior HR Business Partner advising leaders in HR topics and ensuring compliance with labor laws. Supporting the employee lifecycle and company culture initiatives at IRS Group in Hamburg.
Responsibilities
Advise and support managers on all HR matters
Provide guidance and ensure compliance with labor law and internal policies (e.g., warnings, terminations, workplace reintegration procedures [BEM], compliance)
Design and support the entire employee lifecycle (recruiting, career & development planning, performance objectives, exit interviews)
Support organizational development, workforce planning, and succession planning
Develop and implement measures to strengthen company culture & conduct employee engagement surveys
Support transformation and restructuring processes, including M&A integrations
Advise on salary and bonus rounds, ensuring pay equity
Analyze HR metrics (turnover, absenteeism) and derive actionable recommendations
Requirements
Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a comparable qualification
Experience in HR, ideally with prior experience as an HR Business Partner or Junior HR Business Partner
Solid knowledge of labor law and compensation & benefits
Experience in change and transformation management
Strong consulting skills, excellent communication, empathy, and assertiveness
Analytical thinking and confidence working with HR metrics and reports
Excellent German and English language skills
Willingness to travel
