Responsibilities

You will contribute to recruiting and onboarding and can take responsibility for your own tasks and areas of responsibility.
You will handle administrative and research tasks that help keep our HR team up to date.
You will assist in the creative and authentic shaping of the HR team’s internal and external presence.
You will support the implementation of a new HR software.
Requirements
You are currently successfully pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Business Psychology, or a related field.
You have an open personality, enjoy proactively interacting with different people, and take initiative.
You speak German fluently and can communicate well in English, both written and spoken.
You bring a strong sense of responsibility and want to actively contribute yourself and your ideas to a great team.
Some practical experience is an advantage.
