About the role

Responsibilities

  • Manage the logistics of the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, and employee changes.
  • Occasionally support the recruiting team with scheduling and delivering offers.
  • Administer HR systems and maintain accurate employee data.
  • Support benefits enrollment, leave administration, and compliance documentation.
  • Assist with performance review cycles, engagement initiatives, and other company-wide programs.
  • Serve as a reliable partner for employees, ensuring questions and requests are handled with care and follow-through.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes and recommend solutions that create clarity and efficiency.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in HR, People Operations, or related work
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Clear and professional communication, both written and verbal
  • Located in New York City, in office 3 days a week
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, growing environment where priorities can shift
  • A genuine interest in creating a positive and inclusive employee experience
