Responsibilities
Manage the logistics of the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, and employee changes.
Occasionally support the recruiting team with scheduling and delivering offers.
Administer HR systems and maintain accurate employee data.
Support benefits enrollment, leave administration, and compliance documentation.
Assist with performance review cycles, engagement initiatives, and other company-wide programs.
Serve as a reliable partner for employees, ensuring questions and requests are handled with care and follow-through.
Identify opportunities to improve processes and recommend solutions that create clarity and efficiency.
Requirements
1–3 years of experience in HR, People Operations, or related work
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Clear and professional communication, both written and verbal
Located in New York City, in office 3 days a week
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Comfort working in a fast-paced, growing environment where priorities can shift
