Responsibilities
Engage customers: Identify HR challenges and guide customers toward the right paid consulting services.
Build awareness: Develop creative, grassroots approaches to increase visibility and understanding of our consulting offerings.
Collaborate across teams: Partner with Marketing, Sales, and CX to shape messaging, campaigns, and materials that highlight consulting value.
Test and iterate: Run small-scale experiments to find what resonates—whether it’s outreach language, nurture workflows, or packaging ideas.
Nurture and convert: Maintain relationships with interested customers and coordinate seamless handoffs into consulting engagements.
Listen and learn: Gather insights from customers and internal teams to continuously improve our GTM approach and service design.
Represent the customer voice: Help shape how BambooHR delivers and evolves HR Consulting based on real feedback and results.
Requirements
Experience in HR, SaaS, or consulting environments (or equivalent customer-facing experience).
Excellent communication and storytelling skills—you connect ideas to impact.
A curious, experimental mindset—you’re eager to test, learn, and adapt.
Comfort working cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, and CX teams.
Familiarity with HR trends, challenges, and best practices (or strong interest in learning them).
Organization and follow-through—you can manage leads, campaigns, and multiple priorities effectively.
