About the role

  • Act as a partner to leadership on people and management matters, practicing active listening, critical judgment, and a results-oriented approach.
  • Analyze organizational structure together with managers, supporting the design of the most effective team structure and monitoring the people budget.
  • Monitor strategic people and management KPIs, contributing suggestions and action plans.
  • Strengthen Gênica's culture day-to-day, ensuring intentionality in actions and consistency between words, behavior, and delivery.
  • Manage the talent lifecycle, supporting performance and succession management in partnership with managers.
  • Work on organizational climate and engagement, anticipating risks, proposing actions with leadership, and measuring impact.
  • Support leadership in difficult conversations and in promoting workplace well-being, providing support and coaching when necessary.
  • Identify talent, growth potential, and opportunities for development and internal mobility.
  • Guide managers to ensure people and management processes and policies are followed.
  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes, implementing action plans and promoting learning and continuous improvement.
  • Generate reports and analyses, connecting people topics to the company's strategy.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • Previous experience as an HR Business Partner
  • Knowledge of HR subsystems
