Responsibilities

- Identify talent, growth potential, and opportunities for development and internal mobility.
- Guide managers to ensure people and management processes and policies are followed.
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes, implementing action plans and promoting learning and continuous improvement.
- Generate reports and analyses, connecting people topics to the company's strategy.
