About the role

  • Business Partner driving global and local sales performance initiatives at Philips. Acting as a trusted advisor and analytics expert in a healthcare context.

Responsibilities

  • Transform sales performance by driving global and local programs
  • Coach leaders on advanced strategies and mitigate risks on key deals
  • Lead initiatives that improve execution and enable sustainable behavioral change
  • Define administer Key Performance Indicators and create advanced Excel models
  • Support annual sales readiness process and design sales territories
  • Oversee reporting tools like PowerBI and Tableau

Requirements

  • 3+ years (with Master’s degree) or 5+ years (with Bachelor’s degree) of expertise in analytical functions such as sales operations, marketing, or finance in a healthcare setting
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook, required)
  • Salesforce.com experience
  • Experience with analytical and insight tools such as Python, PowerBI, Quip, Qlik, and Tableau
  • 3+ years of experience with process management (funnel/performance reviews/daily management/forecasting)
  • Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of relevant experience or a Master’s degree (preferably Business Administration) and 3+ years of relevant experience
