Responsibilities
Deliver end-to-end HR support across the employee lifecycle (recruitment, onboarding, learning & development, performance, and offboarding).
Coach and advise line managers on HR-related topics and employee relations.
Partner with line managers to design and implement people strategies that foster engagement, growth, and retention.
Support organizational development, change management, and transformation initiatives.
Promote and strengthen company culture, motivation, and adherence to the company’s values and code of conduct.
Collaborate on talent and succession planning processes in alignment with local and European priorities.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR processes, policies, and tools.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or equivalent qualification (HR-Fachfrau/-mann mit eidg. Fachausweis); a Master’s degree is a plus.
Several years of experience as an HR Business Partner or similar HR role.
Solid knowledge of Swiss labor law and experience working in a multinational organization.
Proven ability to manage diverse stakeholder groups and build trusted relationships across levels and cultures.
Strong interpersonal, coaching, and influencing skills.
Strategic thinker with hands-on execution capabilities.
Proactive, reliable, and collaborative personality with high integrity.
Experience in HR transformation, change management, and process improvement.
Analytical and technical skills, including proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel, e.g. pivot tables, data analysis) and familiarity with HR systems (e.g. SuccessFactors) and process workflows.
Ability to translate data insights into meaningful HR actions and recommendations.
Excellent command of German and English (spoken and written); other languages are an advantage.
