Requirements

  • 5 - 7+ years of progressive HR Business Partner experience
  • Proven ability to operate with a high degree of autonomy
  • Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving organization
  • Exceptional ability to influence and build strong, collaborative relationships
  • Exceptional communication skills (verbal and written)
  • An iterative mindset with a willingness to 'roll up your sleeves'
