Responsibilities
Manage bi-weekly payroll for employees and payments for contractors using Rippling
Ensure accurate payroll processing, including wages, bonuses, reimbursements, and deductions
Maintain payroll records and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll requirements
Coordinate contractor payments and maintain contractor agreements and documentation
Help review offer letters and employment agreements
Ensure onboarding processes are efficient and help oversee those processes
Support off-boarding logistics, including final payroll, documentation, and system access removal
Manage and administer company healthcare, retirement, and additional benefits programs
Serve as the primary point of contact for employee benefits questions and support
Oversee enrollments, changes, and annual benefits renewals
Partner with benefits brokers to maintain competitive and compliant offerings
Support and manage the company’s Rippling HRIS system
Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws
File required documentation with relevant tax and regulatory agencies
