Senior HR Generalist managing core HR functions and ensuring compliance across the organization. Overseeing recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and benefits administration.
Responsibilities
Manage core HR functions including recruitment management, onboarding, benefits administration, performance management, and employee relations.
Maintain and optimize HR processes within ADP, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely execution.
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws, including requirements related to government contracts.
Provide proactive, solution-oriented support to managers and employees by identifying answers, recommending options, and knowing when an issue requires escalation.
Develop and deliver onboarding training programs; experience using AI-based training development platforms is a strong plus.
Support audits, reporting, and documentation to ensure HR compliance and operational integrity.
Manage multiple tasks and deadlines while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
PHR/SPHR or similar certification is a plus
10+ years of progressive HR experience, with strong generalist depth
Demonstrated experience with ADP HRIS systems
Experience in benefits management, performance management, onboarding, and compliance
Experience supporting government contracts or regulated environments is highly desirable
Proven ability to learn quickly, work independently, and manage competing priorities
Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and follow-through
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills
Experience developing training content, especially using AI-enabled tools, is a plus
Must be a U.S. Citizen
DoD Security Clearance of Secret or higher is a plus, or willing to complete the DoD Security Clearance process for a Secret or higher clearance.
