About the role

  • Senior HR Generalist managing core HR functions and ensuring compliance across the organization. Overseeing recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and benefits administration.

Responsibilities

  • Manage core HR functions including recruitment management, onboarding, benefits administration, performance management, and employee relations.
  • Maintain and optimize HR processes within ADP, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely execution.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws, including requirements related to government contracts.
  • Provide proactive, solution-oriented support to managers and employees by identifying answers, recommending options, and knowing when an issue requires escalation.
  • Develop and deliver onboarding training programs; experience using AI-based training development platforms is a strong plus.
  • Support audits, reporting, and documentation to ensure HR compliance and operational integrity.
  • Manage multiple tasks and deadlines while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • PHR/SPHR or similar certification is a plus
  • 10+ years of progressive HR experience, with strong generalist depth
  • Demonstrated experience with ADP HRIS systems
  • Experience in benefits management, performance management, onboarding, and compliance
  • Experience supporting government contracts or regulated environments is highly desirable
  • Proven ability to learn quickly, work independently, and manage competing priorities
  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and follow-through
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills
  • Experience developing training content, especially using AI-enabled tools, is a plus
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen
  • DoD Security Clearance of Secret or higher is a plus, or willing to complete the DoD Security Clearance process for a Secret or higher clearance.
