About the role

  • Assistente de RH at OOH Brasil supporting HR activities, including onboarding and benefits management. Responsible for recruitment support and internal communication initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Support onboarding of new employees and service providers, managing checklists and follow-ups
  • Assist in benefits management, liaising with vendors and maintaining benefits data
  • Collaborate in the execution of internal marketing (endomarketing) and internal communication initiatives
  • Support recruitment routines, candidate selection, assessments, and preparation of HR metrics reports
  • Manage deadlines for evaluations and development plans

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Administration, Psychology, Human Resources Management, or related fields
  • Preferred: extension courses in Personnel Administration (Payroll), internal marketing (endomarketing), or Benefits Management
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel), Power BI, Canva, internal communication tools, benefits platforms, and HR systems
