Requirements
Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Administration, Psychology, Human Resources Management, or related fields
Preferred: extension courses in Personnel Administration (Payroll), internal marketing (endomarketing), or Benefits Management
Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel), Power BI, Canva, internal communication tools, benefits platforms, and HR systems
