Responsibilities
Provide ongoing support and advice to a defined group of managers and employees on all HR and labor law-related matters
Conduct interview and selection processes and negotiate employment contracts within established guidelines
Plan, organize, and implement target-group and needs-specific training and development measures for our employees and managers
Contribute to strategic HR projects (e.g., employer branding, digitalization, occupational health management)
Independently handle individual personnel matters, such as contract amendments, secondments/expatriations, or similar, in German and English
Requirements
Degree in business administration, ideally with a focus on Human Resources, or completed commercial vocational training with relevant additional qualifications
Certified HR specialist (Personalfachkaufmann) or equivalent qualification
Strong analytical and conceptual skills
Excellent spoken and written English
Strong intercultural awareness and high social competence
Team player with strong communication skills, flexibility, and a high level of commitment
