About the role

  • HR Business Partner managing HR queries for leadership and staff. Involves recruitment, employee development, and participation in strategic HR projects.

Responsibilities

  • Provide ongoing support and advice to a defined group of managers and employees on all HR and labor law-related matters
  • Conduct interview and selection processes and negotiate employment contracts within established guidelines
  • Plan, organize, and implement target-group and needs-specific training and development measures for our employees and managers
  • Contribute to strategic HR projects (e.g., employer branding, digitalization, occupational health management)
  • Independently handle individual personnel matters, such as contract amendments, secondments/expatriations, or similar, in German and English

Requirements

  • Degree in business administration, ideally with a focus on Human Resources, or completed commercial vocational training with relevant additional qualifications
  • Certified HR specialist (Personalfachkaufmann) or equivalent qualification
  • Strong analytical and conceptual skills
  • Excellent spoken and written English
  • Strong intercultural awareness and high social competence
  • Team player with strong communication skills, flexibility, and a high level of commitment
